i had this hang over of international breakfast served in mermaid resort (sabang, puerto galera). coincidentally when i came back here in manila, there's a newly opened restaurant near my office called 'flap jacks'. i was broke after my puerto galera trip but didnt think twice to eat at flap jacks. hehehe... pagkain eh...
flap jacks is a restaurant that serves breakfast foods and meals anytime of the day. so if for example in the middle of the day you craved for french toasts, hotdogs, egg, sausage, or bacons, flapjacks is the best place you must go to.
i ate there with my best buddies in the office (my teammates - zimplizity). and we ordered different meals since its our first time to eat there. my plate consists of 2 french toast bread, 2 sunny side-up egg, bacons, and sausages. at first, i thought it will be bitin because i only have two breads. but man.. its as heavy as a regular meal (rice and ulam). all of the food in my plate is malasa. very yummy and delicious. the favorite food i ate on my plate is the sausages. i don't why but there's a certain factor in their sausage that left me wanting for more. nakakaadik ika nga. we ate there noontime and we were so full when we finished our food kahit walang rice.

its pricey though compared to other restaurants. my plate costs 300 (drinks not included). but just for fun and experience, try niyo na din. :)
