salamat sa mga bandang tumugtog sa gig... strings of faith, deemlight, scarred petal, purple eyed luci, aroma, except zero, sucket seven, a separate peace... at shempre sa TWILIGHT RUN, 18TH ISSUE, and DATU'S TRIBE... salamat din sa mga guests, friends, pulpers, tambay, adik, tumador, at sa mga wala lang at naisipan lang dumaan. salamat kay rean sa pag gawa ng malupit na design ng tix at posters... salamat din sa grand pearl lalu na kay dante sa malupet na drumset... sa nitewish bar sa pag accomodate smen... at shempre sa mga tumulong para maging maayos ang lahat.
coolest graduation ever (november 17 at PICC plenary hall - 3:00 p.m)
and you expect me to cry after the graduation rites? harhar... think again! thanks to mechanical engineering graduates, my college graduation was the coolest, funniest, and wackiest of all my other graduations.
i woke up at around 9:30 am preparing myself to eat. but my mom asked me if i could take a bath first because our rice is not yet cook. and i said ok. after i took a bath, i ate with my parents our brunch since we have to prepare for my graduation. after I finished my food, i already started to dry my hair and brush my teeth. then after that, mamang decided to put some make-up on me. i let papang and mamang first fix theirselves then after that, mamang helped me with my dress and toga. (god! mabusisi yung toga namin because of the hood) you really need to put some safety pins so it won't fall down. we arrive at the venue at around 2 p.m and my batchmates with their families are all scattered inside and outside the PICC premises. luckily, we saw anna and her family at the gate so we decided to enter all together (mawawala ba ang picture taking?!?!?!?) the rites started at excactly 3pm and while the rites are on-going, mechanical engineering graduates are so enthusiastic that they were all funny and cracked some jokes. the ceremonies didn't seem to be boring at all. haha... oh and one more thing.. the ever so-called mapua wave was done right after the ceremonies by the proud graduating students...

***while we are marching, while the rites are on-going, while they were announcing our batch and degree, while they were calling out my name, while they were giving out our diploma, i can't help myself but to think and say: "ako ba talaga to? kami ba talaga to? ggraduate na ba talaga kami?" there are times that i wanna cry... there are times that i wanna get emotional. but looking at the mechanical engineering students changes the mood. harhar... nothing against them or whatsoever. actually i kinda envy them because they're all so happy... oh and one more thing... i heard this crazy gossip that my mother cried when they announced my name and gave my diploma. she also can't believe that i'am now a degree holder of bachelor of science in information technology. shocking isn't it?!***

two gigs at one night
yup... you read it right. two gigs at one night. the first gig is at alkys bar (c/o lou or yacabo or whatever...) the second one is at kolumn bar in qc (c/o dheysie). usapan namin is kita kits kami sa starbucks vito cruz. sabi ko kay patrick ang calltime namin is 8pm. den we both decided na text na lang niya ako pag nasa lrt na cla. so ayun nga we met at starbucks. then diretso sa alkys bar... sus... usapan 8pm SHARP DAW sabi ni lou. wag daw parakstar epek! argh!!! we're there 8pm sharp! ang iho papunta pa lang galing sa work. haaay... nyweiz so ayun... hintay pa kami ng mga 1 hour mahigit. kita ko dun sila jay at jepoi kasi tutugtog din cla. kami na yung nag first band kasi pinakiusapan na namin cla since mei isa pa kaming gig. and luckily pumayag naman cla. ayun we performed 6 songs and these are:

we finished our set at around 10:30 na din cguro. then nakadating kami sa kolumn bar at around 11pm. ayun last band kami since late nga daw kami. ayus lang. habang nag hhintay kami, kain muna kami ng dinner. dinala niya ako sa restaurant where in the best ang pansit lucban nila. sarap grabe. libre ako ni jay. harhar... sarap na ng fud, sarap pa kasi libre. tapos ayun... nakatugtog na kami at around 2am na din cguro. kakahiya nga kay dheysie kasi hinintay pa niya talaga kami makatugtog. three songs lang kami. tapos in the middle of our second song, some jerk asshole guy tried to steal our 15 minute fame. f*ck that asshole lasheng kasi si gago. hirap na baka mapaaway pa kami. pero we're all pissed off! argh!!! nyweiz after nun kain pa ulit kami. this time with the whole band plus with dheysie and jay's friend cain. tapos ayun... hinatid naman nila ako dito sa bahay kaya safe naman ako nakauwi. sarap nitong araw na to. daming napuntahan ng walang gastos. sana maulit. thanks sa lahat... thanks...
